We invite you all to come join us for a Friday afternoon special: an event to meet our community members who are passionate about their work and are committed to helping others!

This month, we are very fortunate to have Ajnavi Kumar, owner of Yogasix Campbell and Saratoga. Please come meet her, hear her story, learn the importance of yoga in your everyday routine, and learn about balancing chakras.

Please bring your stories as well. We love to hear from you about why you’re interested in holistic health!

We also have Cara Marie Rngland, visiting us from Nevada City, Ca. I recently met Cara at a health and wellness event, I was very impressed by her work. She is an Iridologist, very vivacious and passionate about eye health! Please come and learn more about iridology. She has an amazing book to share as well.
