Ananda Health: Āyurvedic Consultations

Service Description

Ananda means ‘bliss or happiness’ in Sanskrit. A simple starter package for acute conditions and to understand the core principles of Ayurveda, and to learn how simple diet and lifestyle changes can benefit you. All sessions can be in-person or online. 3.5 hour total time, initial 1 hour consultation will be booked first. - 120-minute personal primary consultation - 30-minute report consultation - 1 x 60-minute follow up visit - Herbs or herbal formulations are not included.
