Sukha Healing: Āyurvedic Consultations

Service Description

Sukham in Sanskrit means ‘comfort and happiness’. A stress free package, for chronic conditions where our focus will be to align the physical body and the mind to restore health and wellness. Ayurveda believes that healing happens with time. All sessions can be in-person or online. 4.5-hour total time, initial 2 hour consultation will be booked first. - 120- minute primary consultation - 30-minute report consultation - 2 x 60-minute follow up visit - Herbs or herbal formulations are not included.
