6-Session Ayurvedic Cancer Support Program: Mind, Body, Skin and Hair

Thoughtful self-care. Personalized guidance. Space to feel supported.

This six-session Ayurvedic support program offers a gentle, whole-person approach to everyday well-being alongside your oncology care. Together, we explore practical rituals for nourishment, rest, skin comfort, and scalp care, shaped around your preferences, energy, and daily life.

A Personal Approach to Everyday Care

You do not need a complicated routine or another list of demands. Your Six-Session Journey

Session 1: Understanding You

We begin with your story, Ayurvedic constitution, current routines, and personal goals. Together, we identify practical starting points and introduce a simple journal for noticing your daily rhythms and preferences.

Session 2: Nourishment and Daily Rhythm

Explore gentle meal routines, hydration habits, and simple recipes that fit your preferences and your care team's recommendations. The emphasis is on making everyday nourishment feel more approachable.

Session 3: Calm and Rest

Discover short meditation, comfortable breathing practices, and evening rituals that invite moments of quiet. Practices are chosen with your comfort and capacity in mind.

Session 4: Skin Comfort

Build a minimal routine to nourish skin that feels dry, tight, or delicate. We focus on gentle handling, comfortable textures, and keeping daily care simple.

Session 5: Scalp and Hair Care

Explore gentle cleansing, careful handling, and scalp-care rituals focused on comfort. Any questions about treatment-related changes or cold caps belong with your oncology team.

Session 6: Bringing It Together

Reflect on your journal and refine the practices that fit your life best. Create a sustainable routine and a concise summary you can share with your oncology team.

What to Expect

Each consultation is a collaborative conversation, with room to ask questions and adjust your routine. Between sessions, the focus is on a few manageable, self-guided practices rather than a demanding regimen.

Working Alongside Your Care Team

This is a wellness education and self-care program, not medical care or a substitute for oncology advice. It does not diagnose or treat cancer, manage treatment side effects, or promise hair regrowth. Continue following your medical team's guidance and obtain their approval before changing your diet or introducing supplements, herbal products, topical products, or new wellness practices.

Surrasa: Where Science Meets Consciousness

A scientist’s journey to redefine healing — the origins of Surrasa, as shared by our founder, Dr. Usha Nagavarapu.

"Surrasa was founded at the convergence of modern pharmacology and traditional medicine, built on the belief that true health requires both scientific precision and a holistic perspective.

With a background in scientific research, pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical development, I dedicated my career to understanding disease at a molecular level. I studied how compounds move through the body, their pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, and mechanisms of action. I worked at the intersection of bench science and clinical translation, helping develop therapies to address conditions like cancer, neurological disorders, and skin aging.

But despite the scientific progress, I began to recognize a gap, one that data alone couldn’t fill. I saw that healing is rarely linear, and that the complexity of human health calls for a systems-level, integrative approach. One that considers not only biochemical pathways, but also the interconnected roles of stress, environment, lifestyle, and inner balance.

That insight led to the creation of Surrasa.

At Surrasa, we begin with science. We analyze the pharmacology of natural ingredients, explore their therapeutic potential, and design formulations that are evidence-informed and mechanistically aligned. We consider how these ingredients support detoxification, immune resilience, hormonal regulation, skin health, and using a pharmacokinetic lens to optimize delivery and efficacy.

But we don’t stop there.

We integrate the intelligence of traditional medicine systems, especially Ayurveda with scientific rigor, creating a 360-degree framework for well-being. Our process includes intentional intake, personalized regimens, and supportive rituals designed to engage the whole individual, body, mind, and consciousness.

Our mission is clear: to bridge the gap between modern science and ancient wisdom, offering effective, thoughtful, and multidimensional solutions for long-term health.

Surrasa is where evidence meets intuition.
Where pathways meet practices.
Where healing becomes complete."
