Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–8 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take longer.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–8 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us at support@surrasa.com for special requests or bulk international inquiries.
