Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For wholesale or special requests, please contact us at support@surrasa.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • There is no restocking fee.

  • Final sale items (specific collections) cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@surrasa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or altered are not eligible for return.

Please note: Because Surrasa products are crafted in small batches with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur. This is normal and does not qualify for a return.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
